What we process

When you use the contact form we process your name, phone number, project type, site or space location and message; when you reach us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we process the information you send.

Why

Only to answer your enquiry and to run the meeting and quotation process. Your data is not used for marketing and is never sold.

Legal basis

Your data is processed under the legal grounds in Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), in particular because it is directly related to entering into a contract. The contact form also asks for your explicit consent.

Who receives it

Your data is shared only with the service providers needed to answer your enquiry:

• Web3Forms (web3forms.com): delivers the contact form to our inbox. It runs on Amazon Web Services, its servers are outside Türkiye, and it keeps submissions for at most 30 days.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosts this website. When you visit, technical connection data such as your IP address is processed to serve the site securely.
• Turhost (Türkiye): our business email provider; emails we receive are stored there.

Data sent through the form is transferred abroad on the basis of the explicit consent you give when submitting it (KVKK Art. 9/6-a). Countries outside Türkiye may not offer the same level of protection. If you prefer your data not to be transferred abroad, contact us directly by phone or email instead of using the form. When you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.

Apart from these and legal obligations, data is not shared with third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for at most 2 years after your enquiry is concluded, then delete or anonymise it. If we enter into a contract with you, the statutory retention periods of the applicable legislation apply.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies or visitor tracking. To avoid replaying the intro screen during the same visit, a small marker with no personal data is stored in your browser’s session storage and deleted when you close the browser. Fonts are served from our own site; no requests are made to third-party servers.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know who it has been shared with, ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, deleted or destroyed, object, and claim compensation for damage.
